Choose one short, routine digital task with a clear beginning and end. Iris will capture periodic screenshots while you remain in control of what is shared.

Choose a suitable task

Choose a task taking approximately two to five minutes.
Use non-sensitive or demonstration information.
Choose something with a clear start and finish.
Examples include reviewing a message and taking an action, finding information and updating a record, or transferring information between two tools.

You choose which screen, window or browser tab to share, and you can pause or stop the observation.
